📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinate with managers to address HR concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Support the company's growth by identifying and implementing HR initiatives.
• Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
