📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end mortgage applications, from initial submission to final approval
• Assist clients in completing and submitting mortgage applications accurately
• Conduct thorough credit checks and assess client eligibility for loans
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to secure loan approvals
• Maintain detailed records of all mortgage applications and client interactions
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the mortgage process
• Stay updated with the latest mortgage regulations and industry trends
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote mortgage products and services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage lending or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian mortgage regulations and banking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with mortgage software and tools such as LoanPro or Mortgage Manager
• Certification in mortgage lending (e.g., Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) or Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB)) is a plus
