Milestone Production is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to work in the vibrant live entertainment industry in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and strategic partnerships.,Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.,Coordinate and negotiate sponsorship deals and sales agreements with potential clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the live entertainment industry.,Present proposals, reports, and pitches to stakeholders, both internally and externally.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and business development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the live entertainment industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the live entertainment industry, including event planning, sponsorship, and marketing.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
