📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing and supervising store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Overseeing inventory management and ensuring stock levels are optimized.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to maintain smooth supply chain operations.
  • Monitoring store performance metrics and implementing strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Training and developing store staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of store strategies and plans.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using retail management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
