📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate quality control activities in the production process.,Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.,Lead and train a team of QC inspectors.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and report on quality metrics and trends.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to improve product quality and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control and inspection roles.,Proven experience in leading and training a team of QC inspectors.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
