Salon Putri Computer is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Sanur, Bali. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting our team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruitment and selection of new employees, including advertising job openings, screening applicants, and conducting interviews.,Onboarding new employees, including completing necessary paperwork, orienting them to the company, and providing training and development opportunities.,Maintaining employee records, including attendance, performance, and benefits information.,Assisting with the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to human resources.,Facilitating communication between employees and management, and addressing employee concerns and grievances.,Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.,Assisting with the planning and execution of team-building activities and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
