Tanggung Jawab:

  • Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Updating inventory and sales records accurately.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve daily sales targets.
  • Assisting in the management of the online store, including order processing and customer inquiries.
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
  • Willingness to work hybrid schedule (in-store and online).
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.
