📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve issues.,Organize and facilitate team-building activities and training sessions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
