📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the vehicle fleet, including maintenance, scheduling, and driver management.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are in good working condition and comply with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement fleet maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize vehicle lifespan.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance, maintenance costs, and other key metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.
  • Provide training and support to drivers and other team members as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and coordinating vehicle fleets.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
