📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Manage candidate relationships and provide updates on the hiring process.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are identified.,Maintain accurate records of candidate information and application status.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide support to the Recruitment Specialist in managing the recruitment workflow.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
