📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet.
• Monitor and maintain fleet performance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues related to the fleet.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet activities.
• Support the Fleet Coordinator in developing and implementing fleet management strategies.
• Assist in the procurement and management of fleet vehicles.
• Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping of all fleet activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and local regulations is preferred.
