📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including financial reporting and analysis.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements using SAP and Excel.
• Develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Lead a team of accountants and financial analysts.
• Provide financial advice and support to management on financial matters.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
• Conduct financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
• Proficient in SAP and Excel, with experience in financial modeling and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and financial regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in CPA (Preferred) or equivalent.
