📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical information,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines,Develop and maintain user manuals, quick start guides, and other end-user documentation,Assist in the creation of marketing and sales materials that highlight the technical features and benefits of our products,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly to non-technical audiences,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment,Strong organizational and time management skills
