📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates for our team.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure we have the right roles defined.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers to foster a positive employer brand.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role in recruitment.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent for various roles.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment tools.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
