📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality assurance strategies for suppliers and subcontractors.,Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards.,Conduct audits and inspections to verify supplier capabilities and processes.,Work with global teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Provide training and guidance to suppliers and subcontractors on quality assurance best practices.,Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure quality standards are met.,Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, or IATF 16949.,Experience in managing suppliers and subcontractors in the semiconductor or electronics industry.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a global environment.
