In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that enhance the skills and performance of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and implement learning and development programs that align with the organization's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and develop training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Collaborate with various departments to ensure that training programs are relevant and impactful.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Develop and maintain a training calendar and budget.,Provide regular reports on the progress and outcomes of learning and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and best practices.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
