In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to optimize costs and efficiency.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet performance and reduce operational costs.,Manage relationships with third-party service providers, such as mechanics and fuel suppliers.,Provide training and support to fleet drivers to ensure they are knowledgeable and competent in their roles.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Valid driver's license and experience driving fleet vehicles.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
