📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality inspections and testing to ensure products meet quality standards.,Monitor production processes to identify and resolve quality issues.,Maintain and update quality control documentation and records.,Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality policies.,Conduct root cause analysis for quality defects and implement corrective actions.,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures.,Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control in a manufacturing environment.,Knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
