📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling and performance management,Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent service,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control,Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of service and sales,Monitor and report on outlet performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational metrics,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve company goals and objectives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools,Knowledge of retail industry trends, best practices, and customer behavior,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
