As an Operational Export-Import & Trucking Staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our export-import and trucking activities. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all logistics processes are running smoothly, and that we meet our customers' expectations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate export-import operations, including order processing, documentation, and customs clearance.
• Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of trucks, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and maintain fleet performance, including fuel efficiency and vehicle maintenance.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of export-import and trucking operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide operational reports and updates to management.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export-import operations or trucking logistics.
• Strong knowledge of export-import procedures, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipping regulations.
• Proficient in using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian export-import regulations and procedures.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
