In this role, you will lead a team of 15-20 employees, overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving growth through innovative strategies. As Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 5-7 QSR outlets, each with a daily turnover of Rp 50-70 million. You will work closely with franchise owners, regional managers, and corporate headquarters to ensure seamless operations and brand consistency. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the QSR industry, including knowledge of POS systems like Micros and QuickBooks, and experience with ERP solutions such as SAP.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead and manage a team of 15-20 employees, including regional managers and franchise owners.
- Oversee daily operations of 5-7 QSR outlets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Manage a budget of Rp 500-700 million annually, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
- Foster strong relationships with franchise owners and corporate headquarters to maintain brand consistency.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and national food safety and labor laws.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Proven track record of 10+ years in QSR operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a managing role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams of 15-20 employees.
- Deep understanding of the QSR industry, including knowledge of POS systems like Micros and QuickBooks.
- Experience with ERP solutions such as SAP is a plus.
- Certification in food safety and health regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Proven ability to drive growth and profitability in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
