📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day technical operations of the store, including network, hardware, and software maintenance.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise in the store, providing timely and effective solutions.,Ensure that all technical equipment is functioning properly and is properly maintained.,Train and mentor junior technicians on technical skills and best practices.,Collaborate with the IT department to ensure that the store's technical systems are aligned with the company's overall IT strategy.,Monitor and report on the performance of technical systems, identifying areas for improvement.,Ensure that all technical equipment is properly secured and protected against unauthorized access.,Stay up-to-date on the latest technological advancements and trends, and incorporate them into the store's technical operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role, with a focus on hardware, software, or network maintenance.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.,Knowledge of relevant technical certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA, is a plus.,Familiarity with store management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
