Den Point Corporindo is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team in Tigaraksa, Banten. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our human resources activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both remotely and in the office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages.,Facilitate employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Handle employee leave and attendance management.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks and data management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
