📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the entire distribution process, including order processing, inventory management, and delivery coordination.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.,Work closely with drivers to optimize delivery routes and minimize transit times.,Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Communicate effectively with customers to address any issues or concerns related to product delivery.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that product distribution aligns with sales targets.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance distribution efficiency and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with route optimization and fleet management software is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
