📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Assist the Head Bidan in providing healthcare services to patients,Perform routine medical checks and vaccinations,Administer medications and treatments as prescribed,Maintain accurate patient records and reports,Assist in the organization and management of healthcare services,Participate in community health programs and initiatives,Provide patient education and health counseling,Support the Head Bidan in training and mentoring junior staff🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bidan or similar role,Registration with the Indonesian Nursing Board (BAN),Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a team and independently,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards,Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
