📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and maintenance
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
• Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain and update the bowling center's inventory and equipment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bowling center management or a similar role
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Certification in Food Safety and Health or equivalent experience
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
