PT Emas Pratama is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the success of our branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and a passion for driving team performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth business processes.,Oversee and coordinate the work of branch staff, including supervisors and operational teams.,Monitor branch performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Branch Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Organize and lead team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.,Support the Branch Manager in developing and implementing branch strategies and initiatives.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure all branch facilities are well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a corporate or financial institution.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
