📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including financial reporting and analysis.
- Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements using SAP and Excel.
- Develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements.
- Lead a team of accountants and financial analysts.
- Provide financial advice and support to management on financial matters.
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
- Conduct financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
- Proficient in SAP and Excel, with experience in financial modeling and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and financial regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in CPA (Preferred) or equivalent.
